Aunque la falta de una jornada completa es el principal motivo tanto entre mujeres como entre hombres, los cuidados y las obligaciones familiares siguen pesando mucho m\u00e1s en el empleo parcial femenino: <strong>el 93% de quienes trabajan a tiempo parcial para cuidar de la familia son mujeres, frente a s\u00f3lo un 7% de hombres.<\/strong> Esta desigualdad se observa tambi\u00e9n a lo largo del ciclo vital de las mujeres: entre las j\u00f3venes tiene m\u00e1s presencia la formaci\u00f3n como motivo de jornada parcial, mientras que en las edades centrales aumentan los motivos vinculados a
